No. You request a date and time slot, and our team confirms it with you on the phone number you share. If that slot is already taken we will offer you the nearest alternative.
Is there any fee for the consultation?+
No. The consultation is free, whether it is over a call or in person.
What should I keep ready for the discussion?+
Your event date, venue or area, approximate guest count, and the moments you want covered — entry, varmala, cake cutting, or stage reveal. Reference photos or videos help a lot.
Can you visit our venue before the event?+
Yes. Choose 'We visit your venue' when booking and share the venue name. Site visits are scheduled based on the date, location and our team's availability that day.
Will I get a quote in the same meeting?+
In most cases we can share indicative pricing during the discussion and follow it up with a written quotation based on the effects and event days you finalise.
