How does the partner arrangement work?+
We agree terms per partner before any booking — either a planner rate on our published pricing or a referral arrangement. Terms are confirmed in writing before the first event.
Do you work directly with venues?+
Yes. We share effect plans, placement and clearance details with venue teams in advance so approvals are handled before the event date.
How do referrals get tracked?+
Every enquiry can be tagged with the referring partner name. When a client mentions your name in the form, the lead is recorded against you.
