Having trouble loading our site?
If you see a “Your connection is not private”, certificate or DNS error, the site itself is almost always online — the problem sits between your device and us. Check the live status page first, then work through the fixes below.
Flush your DNS cache
Your device may be holding an old server address. Windows: open Command Prompt and run ipconfig /flushdns. Mac: run sudo dscacheutil -flushcache; sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder. Android/iOS: toggle Airplane mode on and off.
Retry in an incognito / private window
Cached certificates, old service workers and browser extensions cause NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID even when the site is healthy. A private window loads everything fresh.
Check your device date and time
An incorrect clock makes valid HTTPS certificates look expired. Set date and time to update automatically, then reload.
Switch networks
Try mobile data instead of office Wi-Fi. Some corporate firewalls, ISP proxies and antivirus HTTPS scanning replace our certificate with their own and trigger a warning.
Always use the canonical address
Type https://igniteeventsolutions.in directly. Old bookmarks using http:// or www. are redirected automatically, but a stale bookmark to a previous host can fail.
Disable HTTPS scanning or VPN briefly
Antivirus suites (Kaspersky, Avast, ESET) and VPNs intercept secure traffic. Turn off SSL/HTTPS scanning, reload, then turn it back on.
