Corporate Stage Effects Playbook

Product launches, dealer meets and annual days — the effects lineup, cue planning and pricing behind each stage moment.

/Ignite Event Solutions Team

Corporate stage effects are judged differently to wedding effects. Nobody applauds a beautiful cryo blast that lands two seconds after the logo reveal. The job is precision — the right effect, on the show caller's count, integrated with your AV team. This playbook covers the effects we run for Bangalore launches, dealer meets and annual days, what each costs, and how the cue planning actually works. Full numbers are on our pricing page.

The core lineup

  • CO₂ cryo jets — from ₹9,999 per event, the standard reveal and energy beat
  • Cold Fire Spark Effects — from ₹6,500 per setup, to frame the stage or a walk-on
  • Premium Confetti Celebration — from ₹7,999 for 10 shots, for the finale and award moments
  • Fire towers — from ₹12,999 per setup, for large open stages and outdoor venues
  • Walking on Clouds dry ice — from ₹10,000, for product reveals at floor level
  • Additional fog — from ₹2,999 per run, to give beam light something to sit in

Product launches

A launch usually has one moment that matters: the reveal. We plan backwards from it. Cryo on the beat as the cover drops, fog under the plinth so the product sits on a cloud, and sparks framing the stage as the executive walks on. Everything else is restraint — an over-effected launch reads as noise.

Dealer meets and annual days

These are longer shows with several peaks: opening, awards, entertainment and closing. Effects are best rationed across those beats rather than spent on the opening. Confetti at the top award, cryo at the entertainment segment, sparks for the closing group photo is a sequence that holds attention all evening.

  • Map one effect to each named peak in the run of show
  • Keep the biggest effect for the moment the client cares about most
  • Repeat setups are cheaper than new ones once crew and equipment are on site
  • Confirm award-segment timings early; they move most often

Working with your AV and production team

On corporate jobs our technician works to your show caller, not to a music guess. We attend the technical rehearsal, test each cue in sequence, and confirm the count-in with whoever is on comms. If the run of show changes on the day — and it usually does — the effect plan is adjusted in the same meeting.

  • Cue sheet shared and matched against your production script
  • Test run during the technical rehearsal, not during the show
  • Comms agreed — headset, hand signal or countdown
  • Positions marked on the stage plan with your set designer
  • Technician on stand for the full duration of the show

Venue and load-in planning

Convention centres and hotels have strict load-in windows and service access rules. We confirm the route, lift access and load-in slot in advance so the crew is not competing with the set build. All effects remain subject to venue approval and applicable event requirements, and placement depends on the venue and stage setup. The stage effects safety guide covers the checklist we share with venue teams.

Budgeting a corporate production

Single-effect bookings are straightforward at the prices above. Multi-cue productions are usually cleaner to quote as a package — our tiers run ₹14,999 Essential, ₹19,999 Celebration, ₹29,999 Signature, ₹49,999 Royal and ₹79,999 Luxury, with a custom quote for larger builds and multi-day events. See the packages page for what each tier includes.

A short pre-event checklist

  • Final run of show with timings for every effect cue
  • Stage plan with effect positions marked
  • Confirmed load-in slot and access route
  • Named contact on comms during the show
  • Venue approval confirmed for each effect on the list

FAQs

Which effects work best for a corporate product launch?+

CO₂ cryo jets from ₹9,999 per event and cold fire sparks from ₹6,500 per setup are the two workhorses — one for the reveal beat, one to frame the stage. Confetti from ₹7,999 for 10 shots is the usual finale.

What does a corporate stage effects setup cost in Bangalore?+

Individual effects start at ₹6,500 for cold fire, ₹9,999 for CO₂ jets and ₹12,999 for fire towers. Multi-effect productions are usually quoted through our packages, which run from ₹14,999 to ₹79,999 with a custom tier for larger events.

Can you work with our AV and production team?+

Yes — that is the normal way a corporate job runs. Our technician aligns cues with your AV operator, runs a test during the technical rehearsal and operates live to the show caller's count.

Do you handle multi-day conferences and dealer meets?+

Yes. Multi-day events are planned as a single production with the effect list mapped to each session, so equipment stays on site and setups are repeated consistently.
