Cold fire spark effects produce sparks at a far lower temperature than pyrotechnic fireworks. They are operated by trained event crew and planned according to venue conditions and applicable safety requirements, with a clear safety radius and no flammable material directly above the unit.
Will cold fire or dry ice set off the venue fire alarm?+
We do not make guarantees about alarm systems. Detector type and sensitivity vary by venue, so we confirm the detector type with the venue and, where needed, follow the venue's own isolation protocol.
Do you provide safety documentation for the venue?+
Yes. Every event is executed by trained operators, and we provide a technical rider and safety method statement for venues that request one before load-in.
Is dry ice fog safe to breathe?+
Dry ice fog is condensed water vapour over CO₂ and is safe in a normally ventilated hall. Because CO₂ is heavier than air, we keep output controlled, avoid enclosed pits and never run continuous fog in an unventilated basement space.
Are these effects safe around children and elderly guests?+
Yes, with placement discipline. For baby entries and children's birthdays we use bubbles, dry ice and reduced-output cold fire, keep a clear standoff distance from the aisle, and position units so no one walks between the machine and the spark plume.
What permissions are needed for special effects at a Bangalore venue?+
Most hotels ask for advance notice, a vendor safety document and sometimes a fire-watch presence during the sequence. Open-air venues using larger pyrotechnics may need local authority permission. We handle the venue paperwork and flag anything the client needs to sign off.
What should the venue do to prepare?+
