Most couples in Bangalore compare packages on price alone and then discover the quotes were never comparable — different machine counts, different numbers of sequences, different crew. Work through these six steps and you will know exactly which tier you need before you speak to a single vendor.
Step 1 — Fix the venue type first
Indoor banquet halls and five-star ballrooms across MG Road, Koramangala and Whitefield allow cold fire spark effects, dry ice fog and FR-rated confetti. Open lawns and farm venues towards Devanahalli or Nandi Hills can carry taller sparkular fountains and bigger CO₂ plumes because ceiling height is not a constraint. The venue decides the effects; the effects decide the package.
Step 2 — List the moments you want covered
A single bride or couple entry needs one sequence. A full wedding day usually needs three to four: entry, varmala, cake cutting and the sangeet finale. Every extra moment consumes cartridges, dry ice and crew time, so this is the biggest single factor in which tier you land on.
Step 3 — Match guest count and hall size
Under 200 guests in a compact hall: 4 cold fire machines and one hero effect will fill the frame. 200–600 guests: 6–8 machines plus confetti. Above 600 or a wide stage: you need CO₂ jets and wider spark coverage or the effect disappears on camera.
Step 4 — Decide your photo and video priority
If your photographer is shooting reels, low-lying dry ice fog and gold confetti give the strongest slow-motion footage. If it is a stills-first wedding, rose petal showers and cold fire framing give cleaner, less smoky images. Tell us the priority and we script the cues around it.
Step 5 — Set the budget band before comparing vendors
Packages in Bangalore start around ₹14,999 and go past ₹1,50,000. Deciding your band first stops you comparing an entry-level quote against a luxury quote and assuming one vendor is overpriced. Ask every vendor for machine counts, not just a total.
Step 6 — Check what the quotation actually includes
A complete quotation names every effect, the number of machines, the number of sequences, operator count, transport and GST treatment. If any of those are missing, the number will move later. Ours is issued as a written proposal you can review before paying an advance.
Quick match: event type to package tier
- Baby naming / first birthday: entry tier — luxury baby entry, bubble machine, 4 cold fire units.
- Engagement or intimate reception: entry to mid tier — dry ice fog plus confetti, one sequence.
- Wedding and reception: mid tier — dry ice, rose petal shower, confetti, 6–8 cold fire units, two sequences.
- Sangeet or dance-floor finale: add CO₂ cryo jets and additional fog for beam lighting.
- Corporate launch or dealer meet: premium tier — cryo, spark walls, cue-scripted show with your AV team.

Package selection FAQs
How do I choose the right grand entry package in Bangalore?+
Start with three inputs: your venue type (indoor banquet, hotel ballroom or open lawn), the number of moments you want covered (entry only, or entry plus varmala, cake and finale), and your guest count. Indoor venues need cold fire and dry ice; open venues need higher-output effects. More moments means more consumables, which is the main driver of package tier.
Which package is best for a wedding reception?+
Most Bangalore receptions land on a mid-tier package: dry ice walking-on-clouds for the couple entry, gold confetti at the stage, a rose petal shower and 6–8 cold fire spark machines. That combination photographs well in a banquet hall and covers both the entry and the cake moment.
What package works for a baby naming ceremony or first birthday?+
An entry-level package is usually enough: a luxury baby entry setup with a bubble machine and cold fire spark effects on either side of the aisle. It is gentle, fully indoor-safe and reads beautifully on camera without overwhelming a small hall.
Should I book a package or individual effects?+
Book a package when you want a complete choreographed moment — it is cheaper than the sum of its parts and includes crew, cues and setup time. Book individual effects when you already have a DJ or decor vendor covering part of the show and only need one element added.
Can I customise a package after booking?+
Yes. Effects can be added or swapped up to 72 hours before the event, subject to equipment availability. Any change is reflected in a revised written quotation before it is executed.
How far in advance should I book in Bangalore?+
For November to February muhurat weekends, book 4–6 weeks ahead. Off-season weekdays can often be confirmed within a week. Multi-day weddings and corporate launches should be locked earlier because they need dedicated crew.
Does the package price include the operator and setup?+
Yes. Every package includes trained operators, setup, testing, safety cover and teardown, plus transport within Bangalore city limits.
